Application Process Open: 

July 1, 2024 - July 31, 2024

LOI Deadline: 

To allow time for review, LOIs must be started by Friday, July 26h at 5:00 PM and submitted by July 30 at noon.

Full applications due: 

Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 5:00 PM

​​Application Process for the Fall Grant Cycle

Important Dates:

• Grant Application Period: July 1st - July 31st

• Eligibility Screen LOI Available Starting July 1st (Must be started by Friday, July 26th and submitted by noon on July 30th)

• Submit Full Application by July 31st at 5:00 pm

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Mark Your Calendar:

   • The application is open only from July 1st to July 31st.

2. Complete the Eligibility Screen LOI:

   • Available starting July 1st.

   • No deadline, but do this early to avoid delays.

   • You must complete this before accessing the full application.

3. Wait for LOI Approval:

   • LOIs are reviewed and approved within 1 to 3 business days.

   • Plan accordingly to ensure you have enough time to complete the full application.

4. Access and Submit the Full Application:

   • Once your LOI is approved, you will receive access to the full application.

   • Final Application Deadline: July 31st.

• Do Not Wait: Start the LOI as soon as possible to avoid last-minute issues.

• Check Your Email: Look out for approval notifications and further instructions.

• Plan Ahead: Keep in mind the 1 to 3 business days for LOI approval.
